Dear Tenderer,

 

The DEA hereby invites your business to participate in this call for offers 341943, Tender for contract on subsidy for negative emissions carbon capture, transport and storage.

If your business is interested in participating in the tender procedure, you must register online in Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten’s electronic tendering system (Digital Tendering, in Danish ”Digitale Udbud”). Registration as a user in the system is free of charge, and once the business is registered, access will be granted to all calls for offers published in Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten’s electronic tendering system, including future calls for offers.

PROCEDURE

The call for offers is conducted as a competitive bidding process where all economic operators are invited to submit an offer, i.e. as an open procedure, and in accordance with the general principles of the Danish Public Procurement Act. The tender procedure only comprises one phase including both selection and bidding round.

For further information about the procedure reference is made to the contract notice and the other parts of the tender documents, which are available in the electronic tendering system.

PARTICIPATION

As a tenderer, you must log in to Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten’s electronic tendering system. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. You will then be able to see the call for offers and the tender documents.

Follow the guide below when your business is participating in a call for offer.

  1. Log in to the system and click “Accept”. Please note that when you click the “Accept” button, you do not undertake to submit an offer; you have merely accepted that you have gained access to the tender documents.
  2. By accepting, you will gain access to the call for offer.

The offer must be submitted using the digital tendering system and within the expiry of the deadline for submission of the offer. It will not be possible to submit offers after the expiry of the deadline.

The deadline for submission of offer is 1 December 2023, 10:00:00 CET.

The offer must be in English.

Only compliant offers will be evaluated.

 

FURTHER INFORMATION

The terms and conditions for the call for offers, including the award criteria, are set out in the tender documents, which are available in the electronic tendering system.

Questions pertaining to the tender procedure must be submitted using the “Questions and answers function” in the digital tendering system. The written questions of the tenderers, and the DEA’s answers, will be regularly communicated in anonymised form via the electronic tendering system to all tenderers.
