Gemeente Arnhem wil een overeenkomst sluiten met één partij per perceel (vier) voor wijkonderhoud Centrum Spijkerkwartier & Arnhemse Broek (perceel 1: reinigien kernwinkelgebied, perceel 2: groenwerk hele CSA gebied + reinigen buiten kernwinkelgebied, perceel 3: groenspcecialistisch CSA en perceel 4: schoonmaakcontract) voor de duur van vier jaar met een optie tot verlenging twee maal met twee jaar.
