23/3709 - Pilestredet 75 – takrehabilitering, nytt ventilasjonsanlegg og teknisk rom

Eksisterende tak skal skiftes ut, og det skal installeres nytt ventilasjonsanlegg. Det skal i tillegg etableres ny adgang til tak fra øverste etasje, ved å utvidere eksisterende trapperom. Arbeid med tak omfatter riving ned til betongdekke og fjerning av kryploft, samt utskifting av alle taksluk. Det skal i tillegg settes opp nytt teknisk rom hvor ventilasjonsanlegg plasseres. Teknisk rom skal bygges i samsvar med TEK17, og ha sluk og utslagsvask. Hovedentreprenør skal levere opsjon på fjerning av nåværende inngang til tak (luke i himling). Stillas og tak-over-tak-løsning tiltransporteres til hovedentreprenøren.
