Entreprisen består av ca. 9 km firefelts vei, og omfatter i tillegg ca. 3,5 km tilførselsvei, samt noe arbeider på, og omlegginger av, lokale veier. Innenfor disse rammene skal det bygges tilhørende broer, tunneler mm.
