Anskaffelsen består av kjøp og montering av 2 stk. modulbygg i standarden TEK17. De skal monteres på Sognsveien 90 og Bredtvetveien 2. Det skal tilknyttes allerede etablert infrastruktur for vann og avløp samt strøm. Det skal etableres nye fundamenter for begge modulbyggene. Det vil være en opsjon på mer estetisk kledning av modulene.
