The Dutch Ministry of Finance, as Contracting Authority, is examining all legitimate options for the execution of export credit insurance. One of the options to be examined is execution by a private party, following a tender procedure. Against this background, in accordance with the Market Consultation Guide, a Market Consultation is organised with the aim of exchanging information with interested parties on a possible tender. Based on the information and insights gained, the contracting authority determines the feasibility and preconditions of the tender. On 24-07-2024 the Market Consultation was announced on the website of CTM www.ctmsolution.nl. We invite you to respond to this Market Consultation. Rijksinkoopsamenwerking (RIS) is supervising this Market Consultation. Note: We have an ambitious schedule and we understand that this may be a challenge due to the holiday period.
