Expression of Interests and submissions are invited for the supply 373378:1, Optical Spectrum Analyzer with deadline on 2024-08-23 12:00:00.
If your company is interested in participating in this procurement, you will have to register in the eSourcing system CTM (EU-supply). You can create an account free of charge, and once you have accessed the system to participate in a DTU procurement you will have access to all future procurements from DTU.
PROCESS:
The procurement is completed as an open procedure with a cross border interest and include both evaluation of Tenderers suitability and evaluation on their bids in one step.
Each Tenderer must comply with a number of minimum requirements to be considered a candidate for the procurement.
Only Tenderers who have submitted a conditional bid will be evaluated.
PARTICIPATION:
Please follow the instructions below when participating in a DTU procurement:
1. Log in to the system and accept the invitation. Please notice that when accepting you do not commit to submit a bid – you have just accepted to get access to the tender documents.
2. After accepting you can download the tender documents. When all documents have been completed you upload them to the system and the Tender can be submitted.
3. Please note that the Tender must be submitted prior to the deadline 2024-08-23 12:00:00 otherwise your tender will not be taken into consideration.
The deadline for submission of bids are 2024-08-23 12:00:00 local time.
OTHER INFORMATION:
All communication between possible suppliers and DTU will happen in EU-supply.
Please notice that all of DTU’s and the suppliers’ actions are logged in the system to ensure full log an audit rail.

DTU will consider all bids as confidential with reservation of information needed to conclude the procurement and complying with legal requirements.
