Avtalen omfatter service og vedlikehold av kjøle- og ventilasjonsanlegg, inkludert kjøling av datarom/datasenter, samt mulighet for kjøp av produkter, levering og installering av nye kjøle- og ventilasjonsanlegg på Oppdragsgivers lokasjoner. Formålet med avtalen er å: • Sikre gjennomføring av nødvendig service og vedlikehold • Tilfredsstille og sikre et godt inneklima og miljø gjennom økonomisk og stabil drift av tekniske anlegg • Sikre, og opprettholde god og stabil kjøling av datarom.
