DTU intends to order a rheography named Rheograph 50 from company OleiniTec Nordic AB and developed and produced by GÖTTFERT We consider The RHEOGRAPH 50 to be a unique capillary rheometer with the following characteristics. It can provide concurrently the following capabilities: • Temperature range up to 500 °C (necessary for research on high temperature resistance thermoplastics) • Shear rate range up to 1000000 1/s (necessary for research on thin wall moulding and micro injection moulding) • Includes the analytical software for the extraction of the rheological materials coefficients model (necessary for research in the field of injection moulding and extrusion numerical simulations) DTU considers that this is the only instrument, which meets our requirements and intends to place a direct award to company OleiniTec Nordic AB.
