The purpose of establishing the framework consultancy agreement, is to ensure that Norad has continual rapid access to flexible expert services of high quality within the identified areas of education and research. The framework agreement shall contribute to increasing the knowledgebase for the Norwegian “Education and Development” policy and support our work.
