Dear Applicant for prequalification
The Contracting Authority hereby welcomes you to the tender on 391130, Tender for onshore IT resource partner.
If your company is interested in participating in the tender, it requires online registration in EU-Supply's web-based tender system CTM. It is free to register as a user in the system, and once the company is registered, access is granted to all tenders published in EU-Supply's web-based tender system CTM, including future ones.
After registration, you will have access to the tender material, including all questions that your company must answer and a description of the documents that must be submitted with the application.
PROCESS
The tender is conducted in two phases.
Phase 1 is the prequalification phase. Here, applicants request prequalification, and the Contracting Authority then selects the applicants who are invited to submit offers in phase 2. The application for prequalification is done by answering the questions set up in the system and submitting the relevant and required documents.
Phase 2 is the actual tender submission. The prequalified tenderers submit their offers in this phase. The phase may be divided into several tender rounds, where one or more negotiation offers as well as final offers are submitted. A detailed description of this is provided in the tender conditions.
PARTICIPATION
As a tenderer, you must log in to EU-Supply's web-based tender system CTM. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. After that, you will be able to see the tender and all the questions you need to answer, as well as the accompanying documents that need to be submitted to be prequalified.
Follow the instructions below when your company participates in a tender.
The deadline for requesting prequalification is 2025-06-02 11:00:00, local time.
In the bottom left corner, under "User Guides", you can find "Tenderer's Tender Management", which is a guide to using this system.
SELECTION
The selection of the companies that will be prequalified will be based on the criteria described in the tender notice.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The tender material is available under the heading "See tender documents".
Questions regarding the tender are asked via "Tenderer Questions and Answers". Questions will be anonymized and sent along with the answer to all tenderers.
Questions that do not concern the tender and that are not intended to be published are asked via "Message". The Contracting Authority reserves the right to refer the tenderer to ask such questions via "Tenderer Questions and Answers" if the question concerns the tender.
