DTU intends to acquire a small pilot-scale photobioreactor (PBR) for cultivation of 100-150 L of microalgae culture. The system must allow precise control over cultivation parameters such as temperature, light intensity, and pH (controlled by dosing of CO2). It should, preferably, be constructed of high-quality acrylic glass or borosilicate glass, allowing for easy and thorough clean-ing. The PBR must be a freestanding floor model mounted on wheels to allow mobility within the laboratory. It should be maximum 300cm (length) x 200 cm (height) x 100 cm (width). Essential components include, but are not limited to, integrated, adjustable LED lighting, a temperature control unit, CO2 dosing unit, a degassing unit, a reliable fluid feed and drain system, enabling one-person operation. A user-friendly control interface with real-time monitoring and data logging is required for efficient and reproducible operation. Delivery time should be less than 6 weeks after placing the order.
