Formålet med anskaffelsen er å engasjere en geolog som kan følge driving av E134 Røldalstunnelen. Geologen må kunne bistå prosjektet og byggherrens kontrollingeniører ved bestemmelse av sikringsmengder i tunnel, samt ivareta innsamling av data til en geologisk sluttrapport for E134 Røldalstunnelen.
