A chlorophyll fluorescence imaging system for PAM/saturation-pulse-based measurements of microalgae in standard 96-well plates and small photosynthetic plant samples, including duckweed, seedlings, leaves and small potted plants. The system will be used for fluorescence-based light-response measurements, maximum and effective PSII quantum efficiency, NPQ and related derived parameters, including repeated measurements over samples and time.
