    Projektet omfattar byggnation av nytt 750m långt mötesspår och nya 1.15 växlar.

    Ny kontakledningsanläggning inom driftplatsen samt ny elkraftsförsörjning för tillkommande objekt.

    Nytt signalställverk mod 59 samt ombyggnad och anpassning av linjeblockering på sträckan Nybro- Kalmar med 2st nya blockkiosker och åtgärder i fjärrstyrningsanläggningen..

    Ny teleanläggning med informationssystem. Ny kanalisation på driftplatsen.

    Byggnation av 2st nya plattformar om vardera längd på 120m.

    Anläggningen ska utrustas med bullerskyddsåtgärder i enlighet med framtagen Järnvägsplan.

    Omläggning av kulveterat dike och dränering av anläggningen.
