    Uppdraget innebär att man för Trafikverkets räkning bereder myndighetsärenden med stöd av trafikförordningen, Vägmärkesförordningen samt ärenden enligt §§ 39, 40, 43 och 46 i Väglagen samt använder riktlinjer och rekommendationer med stöd av VGU (Vägar och Gators Utformning). Ex. på ärendetyper är trafikregleringar, anslutningar, tävling på väg, marknader, reklam, virkesavlägg, vägvisning, varningsmärken.
