    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    Ansvar/arbetsuppgifter

    - leda och följa upp delprojektets arbete med projektering och framtagande av järnvägspla-ner, systemhandlingar och MKB avseende tid, kostnad och innehåll

    - leda arbetet med samordning av trafikverkets och kommunens planarbete

    - leda arbetet med samordningsfrågor med övriga myndigheter och sakägare

    - tillse att det är en god arbetsmiljö och bra intern kommunikation och informationssprid-ning inom projektet.

    - att inom sitt delprojekt fullgöra Trafikverkets skyldigheter enligt Miljöbalken (1998:808) och dess följdlagstiftning samt efterleva det som anges i separata delegeringar gällande arbetsmiljö, samordning och säkerhet.

    - medverka i budgetarbetet för verksamheten och tillse att kostnadsavstämningar och pro-gnoser görs.

    - rapportera underlag till planerare för upprättande av tidplan och göra avstämningar av tidplan.

    - se till att verksamheten inom delprojektet bedrivs i enlighet med ledningssystemet.

    - granskning, uppföljning och dokumentation av leverantörers kvalitets-, miljö-, och ar-betsmiljöplaner

    - rapportera avvikelser inom ansvarsområdet till funktionsansvarig projektledare

    - tillse att erforderliga tillstånd införskaffas och innehålls

    - initiera att erforderliga resurser anskaffas.
