    Det som ska upphandlas är en markförhandlare och denne ska ingå i projektets

    organisation för Fastigheter och avtal och är ett av våra ansikten utåt som en

    viktig länk mellan Trafikverket och den enskilda fastighetsägaren, hyresgästen

    eller verksamhetsutövaren i marklösenärenden. I uppdraget ingår handläggning

    av markåtkomst- och fastighetsärenden, värderings- och tillståndsfrågor samt

    fastighetsrättsliga frågor i samband med nybyggnad av järnväg och du ska därför

    kunna hantera fastighetsrättsliga dokument, t ex upprättande av avtal. I

    arbetsuppgifterna kan även ingå förhandling och upprättande av

    genomförandeavtal med tex. ledningshavare. I uppdraget ingår arbete med

    järnvägsplan samt samråd med enskilda, kommuner och andra myndigheter som

    en viktig del av arbetet.
