    Trafikverkets avsikt i denna upphandling är att ta fram enhetliga ramavtal som

    täcker in Trafikverkets samlade behov av tjänster för friktions- och

    georadarmätning på väg. Syftet berör främst beräkning av underhållsåtgärder

    och inför planering av större investerings-/ombyggnadsobjekt. Främst Underhåll

    och Investering inom Trafikverket kommer att avropa på ramavtalet, men

    samtliga verksamhetsområden inom Trafikverket kan nyttja detta ramavtal.
