    Trafikverket har idag i sin organisation såväl Samhällsplanerare som Utredare.

    Dock finns det ett behov att tidvis förstärka organisationen med resurser,

    samtidigt som Trafikverket vill verka för ge relativt nyutexaminerade en väg in i

    rollerna. Detta ramavtal syftar till att dels säkerställa resursförsörjningen inom

    dessa roller på kort sikt, dels att skapa möjligheter förbättra

    kompetensförsörjningen inom dessa roller för såväl Trafikverket som branschen i

    sin helhet.
