    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    För att Transportstyrelsen ska godkänna ett delsystem eller en

    driftskompatibilitetskomponent krävs intyg om överensstämmelse med TSD

    (Tekniska specifikationer för driftskompatibilitet). Dessa utfärdas av anmälda

    organ efter genomförd EG-kontroll. Anmälda organ (även kallade NoBo från

    Notified Body) är oberoende parter som kontrollerar att delsystem och dess

    ingående komponenter uppfyller kraven i TSD:erna. Det anmälda organet

    fokuserar främst på driftkompatibiliteten för järnvägssystemet inom Europa. Först

    när tillverkaren respektive upphandlaren har intyg från ett anmält organ kan de

    utfärda de dokument som ska ligga till grund för Transportstyrelsens

    godkännande.
