    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    Trafikverkets regelverk avseende anläggningsstyrning består av ett stort antal dokument ca 1200 st. Vissa av dem behandlar ett bredare ämnesområde t ex. geoteknik och är därmed om-fattande till sitt innehåll medan andra kan behandla smala områden och blir följaktligen kort-fattade. Utöver detta så är de upprättade efter skilda strukturer beroende på om de ursprung-ligen utarbetats inom väg- eller järnväg.

    Det finns regelverksdokument som omarbetats i grunden under senare år och där både väg- och järnväg behandlats i ett gemensamt dokument. Exempel på detta är dokument som be-handlar Broar och byggnadsverk, Geoteknik, Tunnel m.fl. men det finns även exempel på det motsatta där uppdatering och omarbetning inte skett sedan lång tid tillbaka.

    Av denna anledning är det angeläget att ta ett samlat grepp på hela området anläggningsstyr-ning för att därigenom få ett regelverk som är likformigt både avseende status och struktur.

    Utöver detta finns ett behov att flera aspekter behandlas vid kravställandet än vad som gjorts tidigare. Detta innebär att frågor rörande hållbarhet, kostnadseffektivitet, miljöpåverkan m.fl. utöver tekniska aspekter skall behandlas som en helhet.

    För att hantera detta och genomföra en samlad översyn av regelverket avseende anläggnings-styrning så har projekt Anpassat regelverk etablerats.
