Trafikverkets avsikt i denna upphandling är att ta fram enhetliga ramavtal som

täcker in Trafikverkets samlade behov av tjänster för friktionsmätning på väg.

Syftet berör främst beräkning av underhållsåtgärder och inför planering av större

investerings-/ombyggnadsobjekt. Främst Underhåll och Investering inom

Trafikverket kommer att avropa på ramavtalet, men samtliga

verksamhetsområden inom Trafikverket kan nyttja detta ramavtal.
