    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    Uppdraget består i att bistå Trafikverket med Specialistkompetens inom området RFID.

    I investeringsprojektet ska konsulten ha ansvaret för val av nya platser för installationer där faktorer som utrymme, tågföring, kommunikation, el etc ska beaktas. Underlaget ligger till grund för den projektering som ska göras inför byggnation. Konsulten ska samarbeta nära med den projektering och byggnation som utförs av för uppdraget särskilda entreprenörer.

    Konsulten ska även vara stöd till Trafikverket vid införande av RFID i verksamheten. Kompetensen inom RFID ligger till grund för hur tekniken kan användas i olika sammanhang såsom underhåll och fordonslogistik.

    Även i samarbetet med GS1 ska konsulten stödja Trafikverket och bidra med sin tekniska kompetens.

    Förutom stöd genom kompetens kan även konsulten få ansvaret att självständigt driva frågor inom RFID inom Trafikverket eller som Trafikverkets representant i externa sammanhang.

    Konsulten ska kunna vara tillgänglig i hela Sverige samt internationellt eftersom arbetet kan ske i hela Trafikverkets område, samt även vid internationella mässor, konferenser och seminarier, samt vid kontakter med leverantörer, organisationer, järnvägsoperatörer och infrastrukturägare.
