      förfrågningsunderlag för utförande av ny bro och väganslutningar på

      utförandeentreprenad med kon-struktionsansvar för byggnadsverk för bro över

      Kalix älv på väg E4 vid Kalix inklusive rivning av befintlig bro samt option för

      byggplatsuppföljning. Uppdraget omfattar även framtagande av underlag för

      ansökan om tillstånd för vattenverksamhet.

      Uppdraget avser upprättande av vägplan typfall 3, miljökonsekvensbeskrivning, förfrågningsun-derlag för utförande av ny bro och väganslutningar på utförandeentreprenad med konstrukt-ionsansvar för byggnadsverk för bro över Kalix älv på väg E4 vid Kalix inklusive rivning av befintlig bro samt option för byggplatsuppföljning. Uppdraget omfattar även framtagande av underlag för ansökan om tillstånd för vattenverksamhet.

      Beställaren har option att tilläggsbeställa nedanstående arbete:

      Arbeten på option ska utföras på i kontraktet gällande villkor.

      Economic and financial ability

      Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:

      Anbudsgivare ska ha en ekonomisk ställning som är tillräcklig för aktuellt uppdrag.

      Anbudsgivare ska därmed ha minst kreditbetyg A enligt Dun & Bradstreet eller minst riskklass tre (3) enligt upplysningscentralens företagsupplysning (UC), eller motsvarande. Anbudsgivare visar att kravet är uppfyllt genom att på anfordran inge bevis i form av intyg från bank eller kre-ditupplysningsföretag, inte äldre än två (2) månader räknat från sista anbudsdag. Om anbudsgi-vare kan visa skäl såsom att företaget är nystartat, koncerninterna regler eller annat liknande förhållande, för att inte förete begärda bevis, får anbudsgivare redovisa sin ekonomiska ställning på annat sätt som beställaren godtar. Beställaren ska ha möjlighet att kontrollera anbudsgivarens uppgifter. Kontroll kan t.ex. innebära att det aktuella företagets revisor kontaktas och att en kassaflödesanalys genomförs.

      Technical capacity

      Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:

      Anbudsgivare ska såväl på företagsnivå som individnivå ha teknisk och yrkesmässig kapacitet och förmåga som är tillräcklig för aktuellt uppdrag, vilket bevis för på företagsnivå ska inges med anbud.

      Anbudsgivare ska på företagsnivå ha erfarenhet av minst två (2) objekt (konsultuppdrag) av liknande svårighetsgrad enligt följande:

      Ha slutfört minst två konsultuppdrag av liknande svårighetsgrad under de tre senaste åren med en kontraktssumma om minst SEK fyra (4) miljoner samt med uppdragsresultat redovisat på det sätt avtalsparterna kommit överens om och där all ersättning är fakturerad och betald.

      Med konsultuppdrag av likande svårighetsgrad avses framtagande av:

      - Vägplan, typfall 3 och 4 innehållande leverans avseende Arkitektur/Landskapsarkitektur och Byggnadsverk.

      - Förfrågningsunderlag för Utförandeentreprenad och/eller Totalentreprenad innehållande leverans avseende Arkitektur/Landskapsarkitektur och Byggnadsverk.

      Anbudsgivare visar att krav på teknisk och yrkesmässig kapacitet och förmåga på företagsnivå uppfylls genom att med anbud inge bevis i form av skriftlig redovisning avseende minst två slutförda referensuppdrag enligt ovan beskrivet, där det minst ska framgå:

      - Vilket objekt (konsultuppdrag) som utgör referensuppdrag

      - Uppdragsgivare för referensuppdrag inklusive kontaktuppgifter till uppdragsgivare och dennes referensperson

      - Översiktlig omfattning för referensuppdrag

      - Uppdragsperiod för referensuppdrag

      - Kontraktssumma för referensuppdrag

      Anbudsgivare ska på individnivå uppfylla angivna krav i Uppdragsbeskrivning kap. 3.3 Kompe-tenskrav.

      Anbudsgivare som tilldelas kontrakt ska innan kontraktstecknadet skriftligen redovisa sin uppdragsorganisation på individnivå avseende uppdragsledare och teknikområdesansvarig bro, med individnamn, inklusive redovisning huruvid dessa uppfyller angivna kompetenskrav i Uppdragsbeskrivning kap. 3.3 Kompetenskrav.
