      Störningar i transportsystemet kostar samhället stora summor varje år.

      Förväntningarna är därför höga, från både medborgare och näringsliv, på tydliga

      förbättringar inom området. Moderniseringsbehovet i trafikledningsverksamheten

      är omfattande. Ett stort förändringsarbete pågår för att möta omvärldens krav och

      förbättra leveransförmågan.

      Trafikledning har behov av förstärkning inom området MTO vid utformning av

      trafikcentraler.

      Trafikledning kravställer, inför, tillämpar och följer upp MTO-arbete i projekt,

      förvaltning och i löpande säkerhetsarbete. I detta arbete finns behov av att kunna

      avropa expertstöd.

      Upphandlingen omfattar tillhandahållande av specialister inom följande delområden:

      1. MTO-specialist inom utredning och analys

      • Profil 1 - MTO-specialist inom utredning och analys

      • Profil 2 - MTO-specialist inom utredning och analys, inriktning validering

      2. Specialist inom interaktionsdesign och användbarhet

      3. Specialist med inriktning mot ergonomi och arbetsplatsanpassning
