Förbrukningen per år beräknas till: Hässlö vattenverk ca 800 ton polyaluminiumklorid; Flintaviks avloppsreningsverk ca 27 ton polyaluminiumklorid; Skultunas avloppsreningsverk ca 20 ton polyaluminiumklorid och ca 15 ton järnklorid.
