Udvælgelseskriterier:

The procurement procedure is conducted as a negotiated procedure with prequalification.

Energinet.dk will prequalify the 3-5 applicants who are evaluated as most qualified for the specific tender. Only these applicants will be invited to submit a tender. The selection of the 3-5 applicants will be based on the submitted references (to which extend the reference(s) are similar to the tender assignment). As a result the number of references will not be the determining factor alone but more importantly to which degree the specific forwarded references are comparable and relevant to the tender assignment regarding the solution and scope. 

For the prequalification the applicant must submit the below stated via the EU-Supply system within the deadline (23-08-2016, 12:00 CET):

General:
The applicant must submit a general description of the company, including address, VAT-number and contact information for the contact person (phone number, e-mail and address).

Enerignet.dk reserves the right to request missing information.

Economic and financial capability:
The applicant must submit the latest audited annual report for the applying company.

Energinet.dk reserves the right to request missing information.

Technical capability:
The applicant must submit a reference list of the up to 5 most significant comparable projects undertaken in the past five years, with a motivated and detailed description of the Projects, scope of the projects (contract value) and contact information for the entity in question (including contact person). If one or more references are missing the requested information, and such cannot be requested as supplementary information, this may influence the prequalification evaluation process.

Energinet.dk reserves the right to contact the stated references.

Description of tendered contract:

Energinet.dk wants to purchase one smoothing reactor. 

The HVDC link KontiSkan 2 delivered from ABB Ludvika 1987 was supplied with a spare Spezielektra smoothing reactor. This spare reactor has been stored outdoors in the station yard for three decades without protection against harsh weather condition. The reactor is now degraded in a way Energinet.dk is forced to replace it.

The scope of this tender is to puchase a spare reactor without support insulators. The new reactor has to be similar as the existing reactor, with similar dimension and functions.
