      Trafikverket har startat upp ett strategiarbete för uppföljning av cykel- och mopedtrafiken och för kunna möjliggöra detta arbete måste vi börja ”mäta” och analysera cykel- och moped-trafiken. I och med att denna typ av mätningar inte har genomförts tidigare inom Trafikverket behöver vi upphandla ett helt nytt ramavtal som kan användas för beställning av olika typer av mätningar avseende cykel- och mopedtrafikdata. Mätningarna och den datafångst som levereras till Trafikverket kommer att skapa en plattform (en grund) för en samordnad datafångst av cykeltrafikdata.
