I rollen som teknisk specialist ingår: - Specialiststöd till projekt och till olika beställaruppgifter - Samverkan i tekniska frågor med projektets leverantörer/projektörer - Kravägarskap för identifiering, formulering och systematisering av tekniska krav som projektet ska uppfylla och verifiera - Länk och kunskapskälla mellan projektet och Trafikverkets drift- och förvaltning - Utföra verifiering (granskning) av tekniska lösningars kravuppfyllnad - Medverka vid riskidentifiering, riskhantering och kalkylering - Medverka vid upprättande av förfrågningsunderlag och utvärdering av anbud - Medverka vid besiktning och eventuella tvister
