BL ansvarar för att skapa förutsättningar för en
effektiv och säker byggnation, bland annat genom att
leda och samordna arbetet avseende uppföljning av
projektplan med avseende på tid, kostnad och
innehåll. Genom god framförhållning sträva efter att
upptäckta fel eller brister i handlingarna kan rättas till
för att minimera konsekvenserna för entreprenören
