Entreprenad i samverkan enligt TEM, Tidig Entreprenörsmedverkan (ECI). Upphandlingen genomförs med
selektivt förfarande i två steg. Steg 1 avser
Prekvalificering där anbudsgivare lämnar in ansökan
om att få lämna anbud i nästa steg. I Steg 2 skickas
inbjudan att lämna anbud till utvalda
anbudssökanden.
