Trafikverket stöttar Tillväxtverket och genomför denna upphandling för Tillväxtverkets räkning. Tillväxtverket har behov av stöd att genomföra upphandlingar å myndighetens vägnar och av kvalificerad rådgivning i upphandlingsfrågor. Uppdraget innefattar att självständigt utföra alla de arbetsuppgifter som en anställd upphandlare med mångårig erfarenhet normalt utför. Uppdraget kräver därför en senior upphandlare med mycket goda kunskaper inom offentlig upphandling och med stor erfarenhet av att genomföra upphandlingar åt myndigheter.
