Short description

Trafikverket har idag ett behov att tidvis förstärka organisationen med resurser, samtidigt som Trafikverket vill verka för ge de med intresse för rollen som systemvetare möjlighet och en väg in i rollen. Detta ramavtal syftar till att dels säkerställa resursförsörjningen inom rollen som junior systemvetare på kort sikt, dels att skapa möjligheter förbättra kompetensförsörjningen inom dessa roller för såväl Trafikverket som branschen i sin helhet. En förutsättning för att lyckas med uppdraget är att leverantören har kunskap och förmåga att marknadsföra, rekrytera och attrahera de bästa resurserna. Leverantören ska därför ha en an-passad organisation med upparbetade processer och kontaktnät som ger möjlighet till att nå större volymer av resurser med rätt kompetens.

Description of the procurement
