Upphandlingen avses resultera i ramavtal med rätt för Trafikverket att avropa Executive Searchuppdrag med tilläggstjänster; Fördjupad chefsbedömning samt Bakgrundskontroll.
Leverantören ska vara ett kvalificerat chefsstöd och bollplank i rekryteringar, bidra till professionella bedömningar av kandidater. Leverantören ska ha kapacitet att leverera avropade tjänster över samtliga av Trafikverkets orter, chefsnivåer och roller med särskild tyngdpunkt på högre chefsbefattningar och svårrekryterade nyckelkompetenser.
