Short description

Totalentreprenad avseende två kategorier av kompensationsåtgärder. Förberedande fastighetsåtgärder som skall möjliggöra Mälarbanans utbyggnad och fasadnära fastighetsåtgärder som skall möjliggöra trafikeringen av Mälarbanan. Fastigheter längs Mälarbanan kan beröras av förberedande fastighetsåtgärder eller fasadnära bullerskyddsåtgärder men fastigheter kan omfattas av båda typerna av kompensationsåtgärder.
Entreprenaden genomförs som totalentreprenad med utökad samverkan. Syftet med samverkan är att byggherren, entreprenören och intressenter gemensamt finner en helhetslösning, baserat på ett arbetssätt med öppenhet och tillit. Syftet med valet av totalentreprenad är att entreprenören skall komma in tidigt i projektet då inflytandet är möjligt på tid, kostnader och innehåll. Att entreprenören med sin höga byggkompetens om byggmaterial, metoder och priser ger en direkt inverkan på planering, projektering och produktion som leder till ökad produktivitet och innovation.
