Description of the procurement

Uppdraget är placerat på projektstaben men kommer främst att specifikt arbeta uppdrag av projekteringssamordnaren inom delprojekt Korsvägen (stort infrastrukturprojekt) i Göteborg utföra följande arbetsuppgifter:
•Samordna granskning och mottagningskontroll av leveranser (främst bygg-handlingar) från leverantör
•Samordna tillkommande kontraktshandlingar (RevisionsPM) inför över-lämning till leverantör
•Samordna och följa upp projektens dokumenthantering i systemen Projekt-portal Investera och i PDB
•Säkerställa att administrativa rutiner avseende granskning och mottag-ningskontroll i ledningssystemet följs
•Samordnar GK3 granskningar och fungerar som kontaktperson GK3 möten
•Samordna granskningen av relationshandlingar
•Säkerställ att anläggningsspecifika krav har omhändertagits i databasen Do-ors och verifierats i leverantörens bygghandling
•Uppföljning av projekteringstidsplan internt på projektering
