Det som ska utföras är kapacitetsåtgärder i norrgående riktning på en sträcka av 6,6 km på E6:an mellan påfart trafikplats Vellinge N och avfart till yttre ringvägen strax innan trafikplats Petersborg. Det inkluderar bl.a. ett nytt körfält, förlängning av en bro, bärighetsberäkning av bro, flytt av grusväg, flytt av kraftledning och fastighetsnära åtgärder på ca 20 byggnader.
