At DSB, we use some of the most well-established tools for Data Warehousing and BI and we are in the process of incorporate them in a modernised Information Platform to meet an increasing demand for real-time analyses and automation. 

In addition to traditional data management we will use features of SAP HANA 2.0 Enterprise Edition to add disciplines like Logical Data Warehousing (LDW), Change Data Capturing (CDC), HANA Native and BW4/HANA mixed mode modelling, SQL and NoSQL hybrid analysis, Streaming Analytics and Machine Learning. 

DSB is facing a future where we use more and more cloud services to collect, process and integrate data – often in collaboration with partners and vendors. We are also moving away from a dogma of one reporting tool fits all and we need to enable analysts to use individual cloud services to analyse data.

To benefit from the new disciplines and tools we must ensure focus on data governance and incorporate an Enterprise Metadata Management solution into the Information Platform. This tender describes our requirements for the solution.

The term of the contract is 3 years with an option for the Contracting Entity to extend the term by 12 months. The Contracting Entity is entitled to exercise the right of extension of the term 2 times.
