Short description

Trafikverket genomför informationsinsatser (annonseringskampanjer) flera gånger per år med olika målgrupper och olika budget. Med informationsinsatser menar Trafikverket större uppdrag där vi annonserar i flera kanaler med budskap och innehåll anpassat för respektive kanal för att på bästa sätt nå målgruppen och nå vår/a Key Performance Indicator (KPI/er) och därmed målsättning. Det handlar i första hand om informationsinsatser och rekryteringskampanjer nationellt och regionalt, men också om kännedom- och attitydförändringskampanjer.
Uppdragen kommer att ske i ett samarbete med avtalad leverantör för kommunikationsbyråtjänster.
Grundläggande för uppdraget är styrande dokument, som policys, riktlinjer, strategier och rutiner hos Trafikverket och de speciella lagar, regler och förutsättningar som gäller för offentlig verksamhet. Trafikverket arbetar för mångfald, jämställdhet och med tillgänglighetsanpassning.

Description of the procurement
