Short description

Trafikverket planerar för en renovering av tunnelns konstruktion för att öka dess livslängd. Samtidigt kommer en hel del av tunnelns tekniska installationer att bytas ut. Ytterligare åtgärder planeras för att minska sårbarheten och miljöpåverkan samt för att öka säkerheten och minska konsekvensen vid olyckor.
Upphandlingen utförs enligt TEM (Tidig Entreprenörs Medverkan)
Entreprenaden är en utförandeentreprenad och utförs enligt Samverkan Hög.

Description of the procurement

Upphandlingen genomförs i två steg. Se även Administrativa föreskrifter, AFB 12.
I första steget sker kvalificering av anbudssökande samt urval av anbudssökande i det fall fler anbudssökande är kvalificerade än det antal Beställaren valt att bjuda in till anbudsgivning.
I andra steget kommer de utvalda leverantörerna bjudas in för att lämna anbud. Förfrågningsunderlaget kommer då att göras tillgängligt för de utvalda leverantörerna.
Beställaren planerar att anta det anbud som är det ekonomiskt mest fördelaktiga med utvärderingsgrunden bästa förhållandet mellan pris och kvalitet. För mer info se Administrativa föreskrifter.
