Uppdraget omfattar teknik för mötesrum med tillhörande tjänster. Exempel på produkter är bildskärmar, bokningsterminaler, managementsystem, projektorer, högtalare, styrsystem, kon-ferensenheter, video, ljudsystem, magnetiska eller interaktiva whiteboards. Även tillbehör som pennhållare, kablage och kontakter innefattas. Exempel på tjänster är design, installation, konfiguration, programmering, dra kablage, kontaktering, projektledning, service och support. Inom området pågår en ständig utveckling och ytterligare produkter och tjänster inom avtalsområdet kan komma att inkluderas under kontraktstiden.
