Trafikverket innehar flera olika verktyg och modeller som används för trafikanalyser i form av trafikprognoser, samhällsekonomiska kalkyler, effektberäkningar och liknande. Uppdraget består i stöd till Trafikverket i arbetet med tillämpning och utveckling av dessa verktyg och modeller samt framtagande av omvärldsförutsättningar. Syftet med ramavtalet är att verksamheten på ett enkelt sätt ska kunna avropa konsulter med rätt kompetens för de olika uppdrag som kan förekomma. Det kan förekomma uppdrag där det behövs kompetens över flera modeller och kompetensnivåer. Uppdragen specificeras vid varje avrop.

Description of the procurement

Trafikverket innehar flera olika verktyg och modeller som används för trafikanalyser i form av trafikprognoser, samhällsekonomiska kalkyler, effektberäkningar och liknande. Uppdraget består i stöd till Trafikverket i arbetet med tillämpning och utveckling av dessa verktyg och modeller samt framtagande av omvärldsförutsättningar. Syftet med ramavtalet är att verksamheten på ett enkelt sätt ska kunna avropa konsulter med rätt kompetens för de olika uppdrag som kan förekomma. Det kan förekomma uppdrag där det behövs kompetens över flera modeller och kompetensnivåer. Uppdragen specificeras vid varje avrop.
