Kurze Beschreibung des Auftrags oder Beschaffungsvorhabens:

As the POWA III Project is coming to an end in May 2024 the evaluation is supposed to be conducted primarily for internal learning purposes as well as an accounting report for the donor.   We would like to have an evaluation that focuses on the performance of the project over the past 4 years, to identify and reflect on what has been achieved with its starting points in mind. We would like to be able to identify learnings from this project for the following project, for future activities and also about the set- up of the project in our organization.
