The procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender procedure 

General information
The applicant must submit a general description of the applying company, including address, VAT-number and contact information for the contact person (phone number, e-mail and address).

If the applying company wants to rely on the capacity of other entities regarding either “Economic and financial capability” or “Technical capability” it shall prove to the contracting authority that those resources will be available to it by delivering a commitment by those entities to that effect.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request the applicant to supplement, specify or complete the information submitted.

Economic and financial capability
The applicant must submit the latest audited annual report for the applying company including the following economic indicators:
•	Equity (total equity incl. share capital, reserves, revaluation, retained earning etc.)
•	Equity ratio (equity/total assets)

The following minimum requirement must be fulfilled:

•	Equity must be at least EUR 37.700 at the time of submission of application
•	Equity ratio must be at least 20 pct.
o	If the equity ratio is between 15 pct. and 20 pct. the supplier can qualify, if Equity exceeds EUR 117.300

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request the applicant to supplement, specify or complete the information submitted.

Technical capability
The applicant must submit at least one reference within the last three years documenting experience with delivery of 150 m3 double skinned underground tank. 

The references should include name of employer, contract period and a detailed description of the reference.

Lodging of appeal
Appeals concerning this tender must be lodged with the Danish Complaints Board for Public
Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud) within the deadlines stated in the Act on the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (klagenævnsloven), cf. section 7 of the Act on the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Act No. 593 of 02/06/2016).

Beskrivelse af konktrakten:

The Contracting Authority want to purchase a storage tank, delivered to Gas storage Denmark site in Stenlille, Zealand in Denmark. The Delivery is expected to take place 1 May 2025. The tank is for excess formation water which is a byproduct of natural gas withdrawal from underground aquafer. When gas is drawn up from the natural gas wells the formation water is separated from the natural gas in glycol separators. The for-mation water, which by nature is a salty brine solution, thus will have small residues of glycol and small amounts of dissolved methane gas. The tank must be coated so that it can withstand formation water, cf. the data sheets. 
Please be aware that the tenderer must include one reference, cf. section regarding “technical capability” in the below. The reference must document experience with delivery of 150 m3 double skinned underground tank.
