Kjøper vil være BIR Husholdning AS, BIR Voss Hardanger og BIR Bedrift AS. BIR Husholdning AS vil ta et koordinerende ansvar for planlagte avrop. Dette innebærer i stor grad fellesleveranser hvor bestilt volum kan bli losset av på hhv. Bjørkemoen 60, Lønningshaugen 6 og på Espehaugen 52.
