Kontrakten omfatter genplantninger af tidligere mislykkede beplantninger samt renhold langs af disse og øvrige nyplantede arealer, på strækningen mellem Kø-benhavn H og Nykøbing F. Opgaven omfatter arealer tilhørende både Banedan-mark og nabolodsejere og skal igangsættes i 2025 og overleveres til Banedanmark i udgangen af 2028 i en tilstand, hvor den uden gentagne indgreb vil kunne vokse sig til en stabil bevoksning.
