    Upphandling av tjänst inom området tunnelsäkerhet ska täcka in behov som sträcker sig ge-nom hela utrednings- och byggskedet samt för driftskedet. I planeringsprocessen ingår konsulttjänster för åtgärdsvalsstudie, vägplan, järnvägsplan samt systemhandling. I byggskedet ingår framtagande av bygghandling samt konsulttjänster från projektering fram till efterbesiktningar. Ramavtalet ska även täcka behov av konsulttjänster som finns i samband med drift och underhåll, t.ex. tekniskt stöd i förvaltning. Med tekniskt stöd menas bl.a. utredningar och upprättande av övergripande krav, krav och råd.

I planeringsprocessen ingår konsulttjänster för åtgärdsvalsstudie, vägplan, järnvägsplan samt systemhandling.
