The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to submit a tender concerning an agreement covering Consultants to assist RSCs with Project Management support. Key element to provide this assistance is to have sufficient knowledge about • The TSO environment • The energy sector and IT sector And sufficient experience with • Project Management tools (e.g. for presentations, risk management, reporting, resource evaluation, timelines - such as MS project) • Stakeholder management Finally, consultants must have communication skills to facilitate efficient meetings and managing interests of multiple stakeholders in a complex international environment.
