7937 - Thermogravimetry TGA/DSC 3+

DTU intends to purchase a TGA/DSC3+ with LF furnace from Mettler-Toledo to be used for simultaneous performance of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) for the thermal and chemical recycling of heterogeneous waste materials, and as this equipment has a fast heating rate of ≥100 K/min and a large sample volume ≥500 μl to reproduce practical fixed-bed reactor characteristics, we consider this to be the only solution for DTU and therefore we intend to grant this as a direct award to Mettler-Toledo.
